Our mission
The FACAMEG platform gives the Cameroonian Family of Egypt a transparent, secure and accessible digital tool to organise its elections, then to manage community life over the long term.
Digitised, operational Statutes
For the sake of durability, record-keeping and transparency, the FACAMEG Transition Bureau and Electoral Commission decided to digitise the entire Revised Statutes and make them operational on this platform: the rules no longer stay on paper, the platform applies them.

The member register, contributions, receipts, decisions and minutes are archived and remain available from one board to the next.
✓ Transparency
Every payment gives rise to a numbered receipt; electoral lists, solidarity accounts and results are published; every action of the Commission is logged.
✓ Rules applied automatically
Eligibility conditions, calendar dates, opening and closing of candidacies, electoral lists and voting: one voter, one vote.
✓ Well-framed management
Everyone acts according to their role and rights; money movements follow a validation circuit (order, control, execution).
✓ Services at your fingertips
Update, membership card, contributions, documents, solidarity and voting from your phone, without travelling.
✓ Continuity
Handover between boards happens without loss of information: the community keeps its history and its data.
For members and for the management of the diaspora alike, this means a more transparent, more automated and more lasting organisation.
Two phases
Phase 1 – 2026 elections
- Member registration and electoral roll verification
- Digital voter cards
- Online candidacy filing
- Online voting, with the voter's identity kept separate from the ballot
- Publication of results
- Dedicated space for the FACAMEG Transition Bureau and Electoral Commission
Phase 2 – Diaspora management
After the elections, the platform will become a community management tool for the elected board: member register, solidarity and social cases, communication, documents and member services.
Accessible everywhere
Available on the web and as a free mobile app on Android; on iPhone, from the website (add to home screen). Simple sign-in with a code sent by WhatsApp or e-mail.

The platform was designed and developed on a voluntary basis by Eric Aymard TCHEWOUO CHIMI (CCN Technologies), FACAMEG president from 2019 to 2024, to give the community an automated digital system that eases its management and strengthens transparency.
It is administered by the FACAMEG Transition Bureau and Electoral Commission.
